Our Leadership

To ensure we operate in alignment with “Our Way”, ICD creates leadership development experiences for our management teams across the group, focusing on optimising how we lead our teams and our respective companies. For example, in 2015, ICD began a leadership development program geared towards mindful and transformational leadership practices. An aspect of this includes concepts from a company called The Conscious Leadership Group (http://conscious.is/). The aim is to transform our leadership and culture by challenging “business as usual” by revealing unconscious beliefs and behaviours in playful and provocative ways.
