Our Leadership

To ensure we operate in alignment with “Our Way”, ICD creates leadership development experiences for our management teams across the group focusing on optimizing the way we lead our teams and our respective companies. For example starting around 2015 ICD began a leadership development program geared towards mindful and transformational leadership practices and an aspect of this includes concepts from a company called The Conscious Leadership Group (http://conscious.is/ ). The aim is to transform our leadership and culture by challenging business as usual by revealing unconscious beliefs and behaviors in playful and provocative ways.
