ICD acquires balance of shareholding in ACI/ADV; Subsequently ACI/ADV makes a strategic acquisition in Mexico

ICD Group Holdings Limited (ICD Group) announces its purchase of the balance of 50% shareholding in both Advantage Communications Inc (ACI) and ADV Communications Jamaica Ltd (ADV) previously owned by its Canadian-based partners. ICD Group is now the sole shareholder and has retained Kent MacPhee in the position of Chairman of both companies.

ICD strongly believes in the future of ACI/ADV and the BPO industry in general and increased its shareholding with a view to growing the business. Subsequent to this, ACI/ADV has acquired a majority shareholding in First Kontact LLC, a company domiciled in the state of Nevada which operates a fast-growing contact centre based in Tijuana, Mexico.
