Harshad assumed the role of chief financial officer at WIHCON on December 1, 2008. He joined the company after spending six years in a similar position at a major retail operation in Jamaica. A native of India, Harshad has been a certified chartered accountant since 1991 and has spent fourteen years in positions of head of Finance Accounts both in Jamaica and abroad.
Delroy joined WIHCON in March 2005. He brings a vast amount of construction expertise to WIHCON having worked in various areas of the industry for over 24 years both in Jamaica and abroad, the greater part with one of the world’s top 100 building and civil engineering contractors. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Honors) degree in Building (Engineering) from the University of Coventry (U.K.), a Masters of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the University of Toronto (Canada) and a MBA from the University of the West Indies (Mona). He is a member of Registered Professional Engineers.
Aisha was first employed to WIHCON in September 2000, where she worked as a Civil Engineer before resigning to pursue her masters. She holds a Bachelor of Science (Civil Engineering) from the University of the West Indies and a Masters of Civil Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, USA. She rejoined the company upon the completion of her education in 2003. In 2005, she was appointed Chief Engineer and was promoted to the position of General Manager of the Development Division in 2011. She oversees the planning, development and sales of all WIHCON development projects.
Patrick Joined WIHCON in 1996 and quickly worked his way through the ranks of the company. On completion of his Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering and Management, (The University of Technology, Jamaica) he was appointed to the position of project engineer and soon after was promoted to project manager. Patrick was recently elevated to the position of Construction Manager with the oversight of all construction projects and sites. His pleasant affable manner has enabled him to create harmonious site teams who efficiently and effectively execute their work on time and on target.
